Managing Director

With a career spanning over 15 years in the Northamptonshire property market, I offer expert legal advice for both residential and commercial conveyancing. Having worked my way up from a conveyancing assistant to a solicitor in various local law firms, now directing my own conveyancing firm and consulting for the prestigious Taylor Rose, a top 60 law firm, I bring a deep understanding of the local area and a proven track record of successful property transactions.

Rachel Tester

Conveyancer/Team Leader

I joined James Conveyancing in 2021 having previously worked in repossessions for a major bank, rising from an Assistant to Deputy Team Leader over 6 years. I possess expertise in repossessing both first and second charge properties with strong communication and problem-solving skills developed while managing a team of 11. I am currently pursuing my Level 5 Conveyancing Qualification. This will be followed by a Level 6 qualification, allowing me to become a fully qualified conveyancer and better serve our clients' needs.

Although I've recently joined James Conveyancing in March 2024, my prior experience in conveyancing and the supportive environment here have allowed me to quickly develop my skills. I'm excited to take the next step and begin working towards becoming an assistant.

Holding an MBA from IEDE and a Law degree from Complutense University of Madrid, I have a strong foundation in business and legal frameworks. With eight years of HR experience primarily in the engineering sector, I have developed a keen understanding of organisational dynamics and employee needs. Relocating to the UK eight years ago, I have honed my customer service skills through roles at Lloyds Pharmacy and other customer-focused positions. I thrive on building relationships and helping others achieve their goals. I am drawn to James Conveyancing's company culture, where a genuine care for employees and clients is evident. The personalised approach aligns with my values, and I am excited to contribute to the company's success through the excellent service we deliver to all clients.

My strong foundation in administrative tasks, research, and client inquiries from my previous role significantly eased the transition to James Conveyancing in July 2024.
